NGEOH JIAN CONG
Prof. Ngeoh Jian Cong (Neo) is a Team Nova União black belt Instructor at AOS Studio Jiujitsu in Malaysia. Neo was given his black belt from Prof. Pedro Falbo of GFTeam

Neo has over 10 years of combined MMA and BJJ experience. He has had multiple experiences competing in many BJJ, MMA and Boxing events. These include events such as the Malaysia Fighting Championship, Ultimate Beatdown, F3 Championship as well as other regional events in Thailand. Neo was also a finalist of the first MIMMA event by Tune Talk.
Neo started his coaching journey in 2014 and since then many of his students have become podium winners of the Copa da Malásia BJJ Tournament.
FITRI ROSMIN
Prof. Fitri Rosmin is a Team Nova União black belt instructor in AOS Studio Jiujitsu, Malaysia, under Prof. Makoto Ogasawara.
Fitri started his BJJ journey in 2010, and has taught across Asia including Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, and China.
Along with his experience coaching internationally, Fitri has won many prestigious tournaments, both locally and internationally. These includes the 2017 Sabah Grappling Quest, 2018 ASJJF Guangzhou Open, and 2019 ASJJF Saigon.
NATHANIEL LAKAI
Nate is a Team Nova União brown belt instructor in AOS studio Jiu Jitsu Malaysia under Prof. Fitri Rosmin
Nate started his BJJ journey in 2012 racking up multiple gold medals in local tournaments including 4 gold medals in Sabah Grappling Quest.

Nate is also an experienced MMA fighter, winning the Malaysian Invasion Mixed Martial Arts 5 Competition, competed in Predator FC Manila for his pro bout and has multiple fights in kickboxing and Muay Thai.
