BJJ Instructors

AOS is always on the lookout for any coloured belts who are looking to teach either regular group classes or PT sessions. 

The belt requirements are

  1. For adult beginners classes we are looking for purple belts and above

  2. For adult all levels classes we are looking for brown belts and above

  3. For kids classes we are looking for blue belts and above

Having good people skills is required and out head instructors will give guidance on the curriculum to be taught. 

Customer Service and Operations Executive

AOS is looking to recruit a customer service and operations executive.

The executive must be able to work independently, good with following up and also have a friendly personality.

Responsibilities

  1. Manage memberships

  2. Assisting with scheduling for Classes/PTs/Holidays.

  3. Taking enquiries from and following up with potential customers, explaining the current packages, schedules and any other general gym info

  4. Informing current members on any updates

  5. Assist management with marketing such as to assisting them to follow up wit schools and companies to get new members in, setting up interviews/articles for the gym, etc.  

  6. Periodically arrange some events such as gym gatherings

  7. Assist with managing some simple social media marketing. (No prior experience necessary). Taking photos and videos of classes to post.

  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

Required:  2-3 years of work experience in a job which requires organizational skills, working independently and having good time management skills

Any customer service, marketing or sales experience is preferred.

Customer Service (Part Time)
